Hi i'm Jo i am 41 years young and it's time to re-address my lifestyle. I have a lovely husband and 2 children my little lady will be in her second year of high school in september and is 12 and my little man will be starting primary school in september and is 4. I am a stay at home mum at the moment but will be putting out the feelers to try and gain employment in september after a career break for 5 years to look after my children. I am calorie counting at the moment as i have tried weight watchers with limited success and the caloried count seems to be working for me so far :)
I started my journey weighing in at 16.12 and to date i have lost 21lb. It is my 10th wedding anniversary in september and i would love to be the same weight i was when i got married, currently got half a stone to go to reach this and a further 4 stone to go until goal weight.
