IloveJesus's own diet
performance:
gaining 0.1 lb a week
The basics: 40, paralegal, dog mom, married for years and have always been on the slender side....until now. My hobbies are all over the map: reading, dancing, music, movies, gaming, and arts just to name a few. Though the older I'm getting the less I like watching TV...I just can't seem to get into it. I really love to pray and as you can tell I love Jesus :)
Why I'm here: I've had boughts with Endometriosis pretty much my whole teen-adult life. Due to that condition I always watched what I ate and worked out to help lessen the impact of the endo. At the time I weighed about 98 pounds until my mid twenties then I gained up to 118. I leveled off there and to help I watched what I ate and worked out at least 2 hours a day. That helped the pain level off and I had so much energy. But sadly after I married I have slacked a lot on my diet, working out and taking care of the endo. And at some point my thyroid has decided to go on vacation as well. So, now I'm on a mission to reclaim what I once had. Which is less fat, less pain and more energy. I'm currently not following any guideline diet..for now I'm counting calories and starting my workout routine. I'll fine tune as I go and if I should find a diet that I think will help I will certainly give it a shot. Though, if anyone has any suggestions for someone with endo and an underactive thyroid please give me a holler. I'd certainly love to hear what works for you.
I hope everyone seeking to better their health reaches their goals and I wish you all the best :)
