I'm a 35 year old, single mother and full time graduate student. Over the past 3 years I've gained 20 lbs. sitting at my desk most of the day and living a hectic lifestyle the rest of the time. I'm graduating in June and I don't want to walk out with these extra pounds.
I'm on the Atkins diet and plan to stay on Induction until I lose at least 20 lbs.
