I've been on the weight loss journey all of my life it seems...back in 2000 I lost 40 lbs only to get pregnant 8 months later. Since 2001 I've gained 100 lbs (50 during pregnacy and the other 50 since).

My Goal in 2008 is to loose it once and for all!

agree...i'm not following any particular "diet" anymore. just cutting portions and more fruits and veggies...and moving more. it's really that "simple"

Snacks
I've been eating peanut butter the last 2 weeks (and i'm in induction...uh oh) it's a great snack with celery and thought the fiber offset the carb grams Sad

I'm not on the abs diet but your daily caloric intake is based on your current weight. Not much help i know

Ketone question
