I suffer with Crohn's disease, it is an autoimmune disease and is chronic. When I have 'flares' I am put onto Prednisone and I gain the wrong kind of weight-fat. I am very small boned and just a few pounds makes a difference in everything I own in my closet! I already eat very healthy as it is a learned habit. I just need to lose my latest Prednisone fat and I love the food diary on here!
I am a financial analyst and spend most of my day on my hind end, I do however, walk with my dog all over the place. That is basically my exercise-I am exhausted at the end of my day so I do not 'hit the gym'. Oh yea, and I need to quit smoking!!! That is by far my worst habit.
