Additional Description/Notes:
There are 3 Grams of Erythritol which is a sugar alcohol which results in the net carbs being 0

For those that keep fixing this entry--READ THE TRUVIA LABEL. There are not 3g of fiber. The 3g of carbs are sugar alcohol, and depending on what diet plan you are on, they may or may not 'count' for you. But THEY ARE NOT FIBER.

No THEY ARE NOT FIBER, but it throws off all your carb count numbers and your graph at the bottom if you don't wipe them out somehow because THEY ARE NOT CARBS either.

^^This^^. Polyols (aka sugar alcohols) are neither sugars nor carbs, and including them under carbs in the fatsecret data throws off our tracking. You might object, because the (United States) label lists them as a subcategory of carbohydrates. My reply: there are several ridiculous quirks in the U.S. labeling rules, and this is one of them. (Different polyols have different properties, but erythritol (in Truvia) has (almost absolutely) no glycemic load or usable calories. The Stevia portion of a Truvia packet might -- MIGHT -- account for < 1g of carbohydrate. The database entry deserves no more than 1 gram for carb content, and probably less. 1g is a reasonable compromise.
