Looks like today you were way under on calories. Too few calories can stall you so go back over your Food Diary and see if fewer than 1500 is an exception or a trend. You'll figure out what's stalling you and get back moving. No worries! :)

My monthly average intake is around 770 calories per day. I struggle eating more because I'm afraid that if I do eat more I'll gain a massive amount of weight too. I know I burn off what I put in, and I think I'm just gaining muscle weight since I'm doing weight training nearly every day. It's just really irritating.

Aamaddux, your body have started to save everything you consume, because it doesn't receive enough energy. And therefore your weight may not go down. I think, if you eat more, your weight would reduce, cause the body wouldn't feel that stressed. I would advice you to try and rise calorie intake to 1200 one week, and see how it goes. Anyway drastic calorie reduction is the least sustainable weight loosing because of yo-yo effect it causes.

Agree 100% with Gabija. If you average 770 you've got to get your intake up at least around 12- or 1300 (esp if you're exercising too)! Muscle is heavier than fat, but if you've stalled you're probably not gaining muscle, but losing muscle tone as your body begins to burn it for fuel (food) because it thinks this may be a period of sustained 'fuel' shortage (i.e., starvation). Much harder to regain the muscle. So keep the muscle and lose the fat. Proper diet (real food) and exercise -- you may want to ex-out packaged foods and snacks to get control over any empty calories so that you're really putting in fuel (food) your body can use instead of your muscle. As the Italians say, "Mangia! Mangia! (Eat! Eat!)"
