I think (I hope) I finally came over my weight plateau. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

Sometimes small changes can make a difference. A little more water, making sure you have enough protein, even a change in the kind of exercise can jog a person out of the plateau position. Then it sometimes just takes the body a few days to get the weight loss moving again. You have made great progress thus far. J

I'm trying to figure out what works for my body. It is really hard to get a great amount of protein without a vast amount of calories unless it is something like a protein shake. I've been trying different exercises too. Right now I'm going to start adding more calories to my intake and see if that works. Thanks for your comment JovialJ!
