Went to the gym again this morning, walked 3 miles on the tread mill. No weight machines today tho. Had some errands to run, came home and started cleaning the house. No lbs lost this weigh in. I get so discouraged but I have to keep telling myself, it wasn't put on overnight, it is not going to come off overnight. I am doing it the healthy way this time tho. Plenty of exercise. Drinking plenty of water and really watching what I eat and drink.
