Thursday,
Hard time getting my butt out of bed this morning, overslept a bit & talked myself right out of any excercise what-so-ever, save chopping up Atkins bars for snacks.
Food has been creeping up & up & I need to put a lid on that & keep in control.
Good news, my "I Quit Smoking Anniversary Gift to Myself" this year was a Kindle. Boy, I do think I am going to really wonder how I lived so long without one!
Anyway, I am still super busy & need to get back to work!

I so need to quit smoking..I used to smoke 2 packs a day I am down to 10 cigs..it should be my Christmas gift to my self alone..Proud of you for doing so..My sister loves her Kindle..Try not to work so hard...:O)

I also think the shorter days makes us hungry...sucks I know but thats what I think...:O)

Some days, you might just need that extra rest, with all the exercise you do and perhaps just a "bit" of mental stress over you Mom's upcoming surgery next week. Take care of yourself and enjoy the Kindle....you very much deserve some special gift for staying smoke-free! Way to go! (Also makes running easier, I bet.... LOL!)

Do you finally feel like a non smoker now? What a good excuse to buy yourself something! Am sure you will get lots of use out of it. Good luck battling that food - I am having such a struggle too. Hey, we know we'll have bad days but we'll have good ones too.

Congrats on the anniversary. Seeing your weight history, you clearly know what you need to do to continue losing weight. What's stopping you? :) I know it can be hard sometimes to find the motivation, but take a moment to think about my question. Maybe the answer isn't that hard to find?
