can't lie. I am discouraged. Truly gone are the days when it came off by the pound now its half pounds and it is a lesson .Hard pill to
swallow

Yep...I understand...but not gaining is positive too...look for non-scale victories- there are plenty of them...

Owlfeather's, Read your journal, you like yoga and the arm chair to lose weight but if you want to get into that new bathing suit soon, I recommend to get yourself off the plateau your on is shake it with excersize a gym maybe and with you eating clean you'll be surprised. I hope this info was helpful.

I know what you mean. They say as we get older our bodies slow down. Well our metabolism anyway.
