This has been a really difficult week life-wise and hence diet-wise. I am committing to take advantage of the easier week ahead of me by being more vigilant with my diet and trying to get in 20 minutes of exercise every day STARTING TODAY. I hope these actions will couteract my laxity in diet last week. No red numbers this week.
