Okay fellow Atkins folks, wondering if you could check out my food diary and let me know if you think my daily carbs, etc are okay. Also, do I really need to worry about calories? Any info would be greatly appreciated! :)

Not sure about the menu, but if you can lose with out worrying about calories, then do it. Some people do need to count calories to lose. Sometimes when you get close to goal, you need to count calories. But I would start off by just following the plan and see what happens. Good luck!
