Yay! my chart switched from red to orange and now to yellow! This visual is a good incentive for me; to see my progress! To be honest, I have another goal after I reach the big one at 135 of another 10 pounds! Let's see how this goes!

I'm glad to hear you sounding in better spirits. So many things contribute but, to me, the most important factor is my willingness to believe that things do get better. keep up the great work and keep looking for those rays of sunshine to brighten your path.

Hi Tulip! The calorie count is low but the amount of food is actually okay. I am very picky with what I eat right now (until April if I can manage). My goal is to simplify everything. I pick raw veggies over anything cooked and for protein, I usually go for fish and either steam or grill it only. No added fat whatsoever. =)
