i know i am no different than everyone else but boy am i backed up feeling crazzed and angry want to move this out of my body drinking water eating broccoli and leafy greens i am waiting

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 March 2013:

Yea, Atkins or any high protein diet can stop things from moving. That is why I cannot do regular Atkins. I do a modified version of it but on WW. Get plenty of veggies and water. If that does not work, there are some fiber powders you can add to food. They also have high fiber bars. But don't let it go on too long because you can end up with horrible problems.
