fat 39.7%. it was a hot week, didn't manage the morning classes, the day is getting shorter so morning wake-up at 6am is becoming increasingly difficult. I don't want to lose this momentum though and this morning made extra effort to get out of the house. it was 39°C yesterday. grateful I made it to spinning class this morning. the instructor let me in though class had started. also had a different bike and instructor gave me some tips on how to improve the posture and be more efficient on the bike. now to rehearse for that wedding 😊
