Up a few more pounds to 216.8 after an impromptu happy hour last night. Will eat very lightly today and then do 16:8 and a noon workout on Saturday. Have a nice weekend.
216.2 lb Lost so far: 108.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
