Really enjoyed eating again today. Bob's Red Mill Granola cereal was a high carb treat. Enjoyed a chocolate 'pudding' of Greek Yogurt and lots of other goodies. Lunch was a massive salad with fresh tomatoes and cukes from the local farmers, and a big grilled chicken breast with spinach and honey mustard for dinner. I also dove into the pantry to give away some boxed food for a food drive and of course, found the granola again and some walnuts... had to have a few handfuls of each, which took the calories up a bit. Ended up at 2100 plus for the day, but hey, it's a Sunday and the day of my all time low (as a legal adult!) I have a cook out at work tomorrow but that will be after my 16:8 fast and will include volleyball. I'll take it easy for dinner afterwards. Have a great week, everyone!

I get spiked on Granola! My husband keeps it in a container which comes to my eye level...I refuse to look at it for this week!

Its funny because before I educated myself (at all lol) I would throw TONS of it in my yogurt..get the cereals, etc. Thought I could eat it with everything because I was always told how healthy it was. Granted there are healthy attributes but now I also know that its a treat for me - not a buffet! lol Your day sounded delicious and I love buying from the local farmers.
