Got home from my visit with friends at about 5 pm. Weighed in at 222.5, down 3.1 from yesterday's waking weight. I had a wonderful lunch yesterday but did not eat dinner. Also, I burned more than 3200 calories! I might have to start the 'live happy hour workout plan!' It was really nice to see old friends I've only seen online lately. Today was a nice sleep-in, lunch, and then a leisurely drive back to my house.
