- In a non stick frying pan saute the onion and bell pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts. When the breasts are cooked, cut into small bite size pieces.
- In a pot, add all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
- After boiling, reduce to a simmer for 1 hour.
