Directions
- Drain corn and black beans.
- Chop pepper, tomato, onion and cilantro.
- Combine all ingredients, add dressing.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Not: serve with tortillas chips or use as filler for quesadillas.

I make this all the time but I also add black eyed peas & avocado and frozen corn instead of canned. My kids LOVE it! We take it everwhere!
