Sweet and Tangy Twisted Beef
An easy to prepare beef stew that's certainly not lacking in flavor.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in crock pot, cover and cook for 7-9 hours on low heat or 4 hours on high.
- Note: egg rolls make for a great side.

I add a can of carrots and green beans on the low carb days of my diet. On high carb days I throw in a cup of frozen corn and about 10 quartered red potatoes. One of my family's new favorite recipes!!!!

This was amazing! I opted for low sodium soy sauce, and added in some sliced mushrooms about an hour before dinner.

This is a fantastic & very favorable dish. My husband loved it too. The only thing I recommend is to cut up the stew meat in small cubes to be able to soak up the juices so the meat doesn't get too dry. I also added frozen oriental vegetables & canned sliced mushrooms about 45 min. before the cooking time was up -
delicious!! I plan to try this dish with chicken next time, it should be great.
