Ingredients
Directions
- Mix the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, whipped topping (such as Cool Whip) and Splenda with a mixer until smooth.
- In a clear dish layer 1/3 strawberries, then 1/2 cheese mixture, then 1/3 strawberries, then 1/2 cheese mixture, then last 1/3 layer of strawberries and top with blueberries sprinkled.
- Freeze for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.
- Scoop out with a large serving spoon in a small bowl.
- One serving is all you need, so share with your non-dieting friends, they'll love it too!
