For a slightly spicy breakfast that also makes a great brunch item.
Ingredients
Directions
- Apply mayonnaise (like Miracle Whip) to one side of each slice of bread.
- Slice the onion and tomato, and place on one slice of the bread.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese of your choice on the other slice of bread.
- To fry the egg you'll need to bust the yolk and spread it around the pan a little. While egg is frying add the red pepper and garlic powder. When you think the egg is ready flip it over and cook it on the other side.
- When egg is finished cooking, immediately transfer it to the slice of bread that the cheese was spread on. This will allow the cheese to melt a little.
- Put the sandwich together and enjoy.
