Spaghetti Squash Casserole
Low carb/keto meal using spaghetti squash.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-cook squash, chicken, ground beef and bacon. Dice and sauté onions.
- In casserole dish, layer out chicken pieces. Cover with spaghetti squash.
- In bowl mix ground beef, onions, half of cream cheese, and half of shredded cheese.
- Combine beef mix on top of spaghetti squash. Separate remaining cream cheese into six slices and place evenly over beef mix.
- Cover with remaining shredded cheese. Bake at 400 °F (205 °C) for 30 minutes. Top with crumbled bacon.
