A great way to enjoy a seafood favorite.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil.
- Sauté the shrimp until just pink, 2-3 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook stirring constantly, about 30 seconds.
- With a slotted spoon transfer the shrimp to a platter, keep hot.
- In the skillet, combine the broth, wine, lemon juice, 1/4 cup of the parsley, the salt and pepper; bring to a boil.
- Boil, uncovered, until the sauce is reduced by half; spoon over the shrimp.

Loved the sauce - ate only half, so next day added the remainder to spaghetti and thickened up the sauce just a bit. Definitely a keeper!

Since most of the alcohol boils off, this is a great recipe for a main meal that is low carb, high protein diet. Thanks for posting. I'm always looking for shrimp recipes.

ABSOLUTELY do not use this recipe for Isagenix!!! YOu are NOT supposed to have any type of alcohol during this diet. I am not even sure if you are supposed to have shrimp, considering that they are bottom feeders!!!

A deliciously fresh-tasting scampi. Have made this twice, dinner guests loved it.
