Shrimp and Vegetable Pasta
A simple and easy nutritious pasta meal.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cook pasta as per package instructions.
- Cook shrimp in a separate skillet or bake in oven (if not precooked).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms and broccoli.
- Add peppers and stir. Vegetables should be crisp but cooked. Add basil and oregano.
- When pasta is cooked, drain well and return to pot.
- Add margarine and stir.
- Portion pasta to plates, spoon out the vegetables and shrimp and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Add parsley.

Reviews
I made a few changes that didn’t really change the calories or fat. I used garlic margarine and I am short on time so I bought frozen steamable veggies to save time I also added some fresh red and yellow onions and sprinkled some green onions over the parm for extra raw flavor and presentation
