Sausage Egg Muffins with Green Chilies
Low carb breakfast muffin.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Lightly grease 18 muffin cup liners and place them in the muffin tins.
- Place sausage in a skillet, and cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Crumble, drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, chilies, onion, garlic, and browned, crumbled sausage. Mix well.
- Spoon 1/4 cup of the sausage mixture into each prepared muffin cup.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until egg has set and a toothpick inserted into each muffin comes out clean.
