Salmon cakes made with canned salmon and no bread crumbs.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C), and spray cookie sheet with olive oil spray.
- Drain salmon and remove bones.
- Chop onion, add to salmon. Add egg and spices to salmon. Mix together.
- Form into 4 patties and place on cookie sheet. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until browned.

I usually cook these on the stovetop and smaller cakes. Delicious.

also if you add 1/4 (Wheat Wheat and add your own seasoning) of the amount of breadcrumbs if you prefer to use them

Easy and delicious. I added a grated yellow squash (small)to the mix, next time I'll add a zuchinni instead.

I just made this! It came out a little dry, but that's probably just my own experience with cooking fish. I also made some aoli sauce to go with this, and together they were perfect!
