Rosemary and Garlic Chicken Saute
A full of flavor savory chicken sauté.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat oil in frying pan medium heat. Sauté the chicken breasts in oil for 4 minutes, then turn over and add onion.
- Cover and cook 3 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
- Add garlic, rosemary and chicken stock (fat free if available).
- Cover and cook until onion starts to brown and then about 5 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper if required.

I really liked this. I accidentally used double the rosemary but it turned out really well. I will try this again.

Great recipe and so quick and easy. Added a little crumbled feta and served with whole grain rotini. Family loved it. Will be making it again.
