Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 °F (225 °C).
- Chop or mince garlic clove. Rinse and drain canned chickpeas.
- Mix chickpeas, minced garlic, olive oil and salt (seasoned to taste) together in shallow baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- After 20 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool. Eat at room temperature.
