It was very good but a little too rich in the cocoa...I think I'll use a little bit less next time...otherwise it was delish :)!!!!

I'm so doing this! I have everything in the house BUT the cocoa. Ricotta is so great and vercitle - you can use it for something sweet, and something savory - LOVE IT!

I love this!!! I have it at least 3x week!!
To make it a bit sweeter...add a few (5) dark chocolate chips!...the best ricotta to use is TreStelle light ricotta...blend well with your spoon to smooth out any grains in the cheese.

I was a little weary to try this recipe after that last comment, but desperation sunk in. Although it was somewhat grainy, it's still edible and actually enjoyable! I'd recommend this!!

I tried this recipe and clearly I must have done something wrong, because it tasted like shit. It was grainy because of the texture of the ricotta. Yuk!

I love this. I tried a variation of it from another cook book w/ egg whites and yogurt. Use less ricotta and half a cup of yogurt and 1/2 cup egg whites. Beat egg white, add yogurt, then the ricotta, then the sugar and cocoa
