Directions

  1. Misture com vigor os ovos, cacau, açúcar, psyllium, iogurte, manteiga, farinha por aproximadamente 3 minutos.
  2. Acrescente o fermento e misture com delicadeza.
  3. Despeje a mistura em 6 forminhas de silicone.
  4. Coloque para assar no forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus por aproximadamente 25 minutos.
  5. Faça a calda: misture o leite em pó e o whey, reserve.
  6. Ao tirar os bolinhos do forno, desenforme, corte ao meio e passe a pasta de amendoim. Feche e coloque a calcinha de whey por cima.
  7. Finalize com as castanhas trituradas.
