Directions
- Misture com vigor os ovos, cacau, açúcar, psyllium, iogurte, manteiga, farinha por aproximadamente 3 minutos.
- Acrescente o fermento e misture com delicadeza.
- Despeje a mistura em 6 forminhas de silicone.
- Coloque para assar no forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus por aproximadamente 25 minutos.
- Faça a calda: misture o leite em pó e o whey, reserve.
- Ao tirar os bolinhos do forno, desenforme, corte ao meio e passe a pasta de amendoim. Feche e coloque a calcinha de whey por cima.
- Finalize com as castanhas trituradas.
