Rigatoni with pizza toppings.
Ingredients
Directions
- Dice the mushrooms, peppers, and onions and set aside.
- Bring water in a medium pan to boil and once boiling add your rigatoni.
- In a saucepan on medium low heat pour traditional sauce along with peppers, onions and mushrooms and cover.
- In a frying pan cook and chop your ground turkey until fully cooked, once cooked drain and add it to your sauce.
- Once rigatoni is done strain the pasta for serving.
- Place 1 cup of rigatoni on plate and cover with 1 cup of your completed meat sauce. Add 3 slices of turkey pepperoni and top with your shredded mozzarella.
- Enjoy.
