A delicious yet easy pepperoni pizza.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat oven and pizza stone (optional) to 400 °F (205 °C). Allow pizza dough to come to room temperature. Dust with flour and roll out into 12" circle on a pizza peel.
- Use spoon to spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce over dough, leaving 1" perimeter for crust. Spread mozzarella over sauce. Layer pepperoni over cheese. Slice roma tomatoes into circles and layer over pepperoni.
- Place pizza into oven using the pizza peel onto the pizza stone or pizza pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese and crust is golden brown. Allow to cool for 2 minutes then slice into 8 equal pieces.
