A great side dish or lunch option.
Ingredients
Directions
- Squeeze sausage out of casing into a large pot and saute over medium heat breaking down into ground sausage. You may need to add a bit of olive oil so it doesn't stick to the pan.
- Chop green cabbage into large shredded pieces and place over the cooked sausage.
- Crush stewed tomatoes over top of the cabbage.
- Add your garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Place a lid on the pot and simmer over medium-low heat for approximately 20-30 minutes until the cabbage has softened.
- Stir to mix ingredients. Serve immediately as a side or a full-keto meal. This actually tastes better the next day as all of the flavors meld together.
- Bon appetit.

Needs salt, pepper, onions and Italian Seasoning. Too heavy for a side; not filling enough for a meal.
