Great low calorie iced coffee made in a blender.
Ingredients
Directions
- Fill cup with about a tablespoon of water. Put in microwave until hot (15 seconds) and add the instant coffee, stir then fill rest of cup with cold water. Place in Blender
- Add milk, sweetener (like Splenda), syrup and ice.
- Blend till smooth. Enjoy!
- Note: top with whip cream and more chocolate syrup for a creamy chocolate taste.

How about heavy cream? You would probably only need 2-3 Tablespoons of heavy cream instead of tasteless fat free milk. It should not only cut carbs but make it taste better. I'd also use ice cubes made from coffee.
