A grain free banana bread good for Paleo and low-carb diets.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mash bananas.
- Pulse bananas, eggs, vanilla and oil in food processor.
- Pulse in almond flour, salt and soda (make sure it has a thick but moist consistency, not runny or dry).
- Scoop batter into greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 50-60 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool.
- Serve with butter.

I added pecans and crasins, yummy. I gave it a 4 because it was really good when still warm from the oven (5), after it cooled I thought it
needed to be a little more sweet. I would make sure bananas are really ripe to get max sweetness the next time I make this. I will make it again
