It calls for 4 packages of jello? Thats a lot. Am I missing something? Are they talking the little packages of knox gelatin type. I anxious to try this! :)

Yes this is perfect for a low carb diet...
even calories aren't bad...
if you're doing low fat --maybe not---but for Atkins or any low carb it's great..
Thanks

It's good, yes, but this is a terribly fattening recipe. Would not recommend eating.

Very tasty! I was a little apprehensive when I poured the boiling jello into the cream cheese (it got all runny) and then adding the whip cream but once it cooled, it had an excellent mousse-like texture. I did throw in a little unsweetened coconut, for a little added taste and fiber.

That sounds similar to my dreamy creamy cheesecake recipe which i LOVE. I am gonna try this next thanks. I will make my own jello flavor out of strawberry essence and splenda for my sweetener.

I whipped the cream cheese, and heavy cream with my kitchen aid mixture. Then added the jello mixture and sour cream. It turned out so light and fluffy!!! Yummy! The only thing I did different was I used Neufchatel Cream Cheese. It has a few less calories and fat... Thanks for sharing your recipe!!!
