Really delicious pancakes.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat oven to 400° F (200° C).
- Heat a tablespoon of the margarine in a 10" cast iron skillet, over medium heat.
- Add apple pieces and cook until soft and brown, about 5 minutes.
- Puree the remaining tablespoon of margarine, flour, sugar substitute, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, milk and eggs in a blender until just mixed. About 1 minute.
- Pour batter into the skillet over the sauteed apples and put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes until puffed and set.
- Serve hot.
