This recipe starts at 18.72 Net Carbs, which is a little more than I would like to spare. But, as lentils are allowed when you get to Phase 3, I substituted the Veggie Brats for some Jennie-O Lean Turkey Sausage (0 Carbs) and the Safeway Lentils (72 NC for 2 cups), and was able to lower the recipe to 12.46 NC. That's manageable, and I'm loving the spicy Indian food! I even made a low carb Indian Rice on the side made with Miracle Rice. Yummy!
