Wondering how large 1/8 of this dish is. Perhaps one could substitute something for the cottage cheese (and leave out the onions) during induction since both are fairly high carb.

The combination of unprocessed, natural foods in this dish make it ideal for the Ancient European diet

I loved this dish. It is so good and filling. I did add some turkey bacon bits before baking(sprinkled on the top) just for more flavor. I shared with my brother and sister-in-law, they agreed, it was delish! I will make this, again and again!

This sounds yummy! I would also use egg whites instead of whole eggs, and maybe add in a 1/2 tsp of Yellow Mustard to make the batter yellowy and trick myself into thinking it had egg yolks :D

if you take out the three eggs and substitute in 3 (1/4 cup) servings of Egg Beaters the calories per serving will be 70.75 instead of 87!!
