Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins
This is a tasty, gluten free muffin recipe.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Melt together honey and coconut oil by placing in microwave together for 20 seconds and whisk.
- Whisk in cocoa powder and peanut butter until smooth.
- Whisk in eggs and baking soda.
- Pour into muffin tin, lined or greased.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until done.
- Note: butter can be used instead of coconut oil.

Can really taste the chocolate and peanut butter in this muffin. You didn't say what to do with the chocolate chips. I added them to the melt and the result was delicious!
