A quick fix for chocolate and sugar cravings.

3 packets sweetener
1 cup plain fat free yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
Directions
Blend ingredients in blender with a few ice cubes.

Try Stevia (like "Truvia") as a natural sugar substitute

This sounds great, but is there a substitute for the artificial sweetener? Most of these contain unhealthy additives or even worse, aspertame, which is a known carcinogen. How about a teaspoon of honey?
