A slow cooker chicken recipe.
Ingredients
Directions
- Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with spices to taste.
- Spray a 4 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker with pam and place the chicken in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, combine soup and milk, then pour over chicken.
- Combine stuffing mix with water. Spoon over chicken and soup mixture.
- Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours.
- Serve with a side salad.
- Note: try to trim all the fat off the chicken before cooking them. Shred the chicken before it is served.
