A great salad for summer that tastes incredible.
Ingredients
Directions
- Drain and wash the black beans and corn.
- Dice the tomato, green pepper and red onion.
- Chop the cilantro.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Juice the limes and pour over.
- Add a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix and enjoy. I like to chill it for a bit.
