A lovely curry that can be made with cubed beef, chicken, or any meat you like.
Ingredients
Directions
- Chop onions and sauté in olive oil in a pan.
- Add the beef to the pan and cook halfway.
- Mix all the spices together and add to the meat.
- Add tomatoes and mix well.
- Leave on flamer until curry well cooked.
- Note: you can add loads of vegetables to the recipe, but to make low carb I have used more meat than vegetables.
