A banana muffin recipe ideal for a breakfast on the go or a snack.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Lightly grease 5 muffin cups or line with muffin papers.
- Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, oatmeal and salt in a large bowl.
- Beat bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla and melted butter in another bowl.
- Stir banana mixture into flour mixture just until moistened.
- Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
- Bake in preheated oven until golden and tops spring back when lightly pressed, 18-20 minutes.
