Delicious banana, walnut and raisin bread or even as cake for dessert.

Directions
- Pour hot tea over raisins and allow to soak while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
- Pre-heat oven to 340 °F (170 °C).
- Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a bowl. Melt the butter and combine it with the sugar in another bowl, then add the eggs one at a time.
- Mash the bananas and add these to the wet ingredients too.
- Stir in the walnuts, drained raisins and vanilla extract.
- Finally stir in the flour mixture a third at a time.
- Scrape into a loaf tin (buttered and floured) and bake for 1 hour until a skewer comes out clean.
