I used Emeril's Essence for seasoning. Delicious. Served with grilled pork chop.

When my 5" sweet potato weighed 12 ozs, it seemed like an awfully lot of food to be allowed while dieting, so I went in search of more info on the nutrition value of a 5" sweet potato. Now I know, not all 5" sweet potatoes are created the same. ;-) My 5" potato weighed 12 ozs. The 5" potato on another Site called CalorieKing, weighed 4.6 ozs. Great tasting recipe though. I adjusted it to fit my needs. Thanks!
